What is the page content type?

Pages are for more static content, and specific parts of your site that are commonly accessed. It can be used for your homepage, landing, or any subpages, and they will typically be within the menu structure of your site.

How to add a page: 

1. On the top admin bar, navigate to New > Page.
2. Enter in your page title where it says Add Title.
3. Use the page settings in the right sidebar to configure your page. Here are notable fields for the page settings:
   • Featured Image: The featured image will not appear on the page or list views itself, but it may appear when the page is featured on social media. 
   • Page Attributes: You can select a parent page from the main menu to have your new page associated with. This will add the parent page into the breadcrumbs navigation.
   • Customizations: You have an option to visually show or hide your page title on the page. You may want to do this if you prefer to have a Hero block at the top of the page to display your page title instead. This is a common landing page layout. 
4. Start adding blocks to the main content area of your page.
5. Preview and Publish your post once you’ve added your content.
