Heading
What is a heading block?
Headings are core WordPress blocks, and should be used frequently to establish your page content’s hierarchy and aid in accessibility. You have the option of Headings 1 – 6. There should only be one H1 on the page, which is the page title, so typically you will start with a Heading 2 on the page. If there are subheadings, go to Heading 3, etc. Headings have the same toolbar formatting options as the paragraph block.
Note: custom HarvardSites blocks that stem from Harvard Web Publishing’s design system have a Section Heading block already attached when those blocks are added. They are visually and page hierarchically headings as well, and you can optionally use those to introduce content for blocks such as vertical cards, accordions, etc.
