Creating new content

How to create a new page or other content type

First, you will need to determine which content type you need to create. The process is the same for each page, post or other content type to start a new piece of content.

1. There are two options for adding a new page, post, or other content type:
   1. Hover over the New button in the top admin bar and select which type of content you would like to create
   2. In left sidebar Dashboard, hover over your respective content type (Posts, Pages, Directory, or Events) then select Add New [Page, Post, etc.]
2. You will be taken to the page edit view and can begin using the block editor screen to begin adding content to that page.
3. Once you have finished adding blocks to your page select the option in the top right corner for Save Draft. 
4. In the bottom left corner a small window will say View Preview. Click that link in order to view the content on your page. 
5. Make any other edits or changes by clicking on Edit Page in your top admin bar. 
6. Once you have made final edits and previewed your page. Click Publish in the top right.
7. A small black window will appear in the bottom left. Click View Page to see your new published page.
